Digital Engagement Manager\n\nWe are seeking an ambitious and creative Digital Engagement Manager to lead and elevate the online presence of a network of organisations working across Wales to support the voluntary sector.\n\nPosition: TSSW Digital Engagement Manager\n\nHours: Full time, 35 hours per week, flexible workingSalary: £39,337 rising to £44,274 per annumLocation: Flexible, with office hubs in Aberystwyth, Cardiff and RhylContract: Permanent \n\nClosing date: 10 September 2025 (midday) - We reserve the right to close this vacancy early if we receive sufficient applications for the role. You will lead on content strategy, editorial processes, user engagement, system improvements and marketing activity – ensuring platforms are impactful, inclusive and user-focused.\n\nWorking closely with partners and stakeholders, you will make sure platforms are content-rich, relevant to users, and accessible to all.
You will champion user feedback and insights to inform ongoing improvements and increase reach, registrations and engagement.\n\nKey responsibilities include:\n\nLeading the creation, editing and quality assurance of content across all digital platforms.\nDeveloping content management and user engagement strategies informed by research and analytics.\nCoordinating marketing campaigns to raise awareness and grow reach.\nProviding training and support to partners and external organisations.\nManaging the Digital Content Officer and inspiring high-quality delivery.\n\nAbout You\n\nYou will have:\n\nExperience in developing and delivering content and engagement strategies or campaigns.\nSkills in using analytics and user research to drive improvements.\nStrong understanding of digital accessibility and inclusive content design.\nExcellent written, verbal and relationship management skills.\nExperience of line managing a team.\nStrong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.\n\nExperience in the voluntary or public sector and the ability to communicate in Welsh are desirable.\n\nWhy work for the organisation\n\nThere is an excellent benefits package including 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and discretionary days, pension contributions, employee assistance programme, healthcare cash plan, enhanced sick pay, and flexible working.\n\nThis is an organisation that embraces diversity, with excellent work life balance policies, where flexible working is promoted, and the culture is to nurture staff through effective leadership and excellent team working.
