J ob duties and responsibilities
Process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper authorisation
Check required PO's to confirm goods received and values match
Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies
Maintain and update supplier records
Processing of expenses and company credit card reconciliations.
Assist with general office administration tasks as required.
Support the Finance Manager and members of the finance team with any ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting
Answering the phone
Monitoring the finance inbox
