Real Estate Solicitor (3-8 years') A leading international law firm is seeking a senior Real Estate Solicitor (5-8 years') to join its Real Estate team in Edinburgh. This is a strong opportunity for an experienced real estate solicitor to work on high-quality, complex property transactions within a highly regarded and collaborative team. The team advises a broad client base including institutional investors, developers and corporate occupiers and is involved in some of Scotland's most significant real estate transactions. The Role You will: Advise on a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, lettings and asset management Draft, review and negotiate contracts, leases and ancillary documentation Manage transactions end-to-end, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service delivery Supervise and mentor trainees and junior associates Play a key role in local client service teams The Ideal Candidate Qualified solicitor in Scotland with 5-8 years' PQE in real estate law Strong technical knowledge of property transactions and landlord & tenant matters Experience supervising and mentoring junior lawyers Excellent drafting, negotiation and organisational skills Commercially aware, proactive and client-focused A collaborative team player with strong communication skills What's on Offer?
