Job description
We are currently hiring for the position of Membership Support Team Member at The Hive London (HA8 6AG) .
You would be a part of a wider team, working across shift patterns and supporting the Membership, Ticketing, Shop and Gym Departments.
Your working week will be set by monthly rota with shifts (hours and times) allocated each month. You should be flexible in terms of day / night shifts and weekends. The site is open from 7am to 10pm & shifts are typically 7am to 2.30pm and 2.30pm to 10pm.
The role will include:
* Processing match and event tickets
* Inputting member data and issuing membership cards
* Responding to ticketing queries
* Receiving, unpacking and arranging stock
* Arranging and labelling goods in the display shelves
* Assisting customers in finding the products they are looking for
* Processing customer payments
* Addressing customer complaints and inquiries
* Providing advice and recommendations to customers
* Cleaning and rearranging the store after hours
* Overseeing the gym - tidy, clean and safe checks
* Assisting gym members with access and general queries
* Collaborating with other team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organised at all times
