Who we are:
You’ll be joining our FalconWorks Systems Directorate as the Project CanDLE Product Owner. You'll be part of a diverse, prominent team collaborating with leading technology firms to deliver high-quality, efficient, and affordable learning solutions through online, classroom, and simulated environments. Project CanDLE aims to create immersive, personalized, and accessible education for training students across various disciplines, from language skills to tactical and strategic operational training. You’ll work with Air Sector Service Delivery Units, FalconWorks Systems, Platform teams, and external partners to define and develop solutions aligned with current and future customer requirements. Travel within the UK and Saudi Arabia may be required.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and product plans/specifications.
2. Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the development team, providing clear guidance and clarifications.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project management, design, engineering, IM&T, and business development to ensure seamless product delivery.
4. Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and stakeholder reviews.
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
* Understanding of training management systems.
* Requirement management experience.
* Systems design and integration experience.
* Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Desirable:
* Disruptive innovation and entrepreneurship.
* AWS/Azure experience in defense.
