Job title: Lecturer Re‑engagement
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people? We are looking for a dedicated Lecturer to deliver high‑quality learning experiences on our Re‑engagement programmes for students aged 14‑19.
What You'll Do
* Deliver engaging lessons in personal and social development, employability, and life skills.
* Support vocational learning within the Re‑engagement curriculum.
* Plan and prepare resources to inspire and motivate learners.
* Assess student work and maintain accurate achievement records.
* Provide pastoral and academic support to help disengaged students re‑engage with education.
* Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the Foundation Learning Curriculum.
* Participate in quality assurance processes and maintain accurate documentation.
* Collaborate in meetings and signpost students to additional support where needed.
