What we’re looking for:
* Experienced general and logistics administrator with high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
* Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate within a small team.
* Full clean driving license and willingness to drive the company van for occasional deliveries.
* Proactive attitude and approach to all tasks, suitable for our small employee-owned team.
Responsibilities:
* Support the administration team with incoming and ongoing activities, including ISO9001 requirements, document updates, and data archiving.
* Assist in estimating, marketing, compliance, and service admin tasks.
* Maintain up-to-date contact details on the CRM system.
* Manage stock and WIP equipment in the warehouse, ensuring proper consolidation, scheduling, and labeling.
* Understand project equipment needs, including incoming items, third-party storage, fabrication, and direct deliveries.
* Attend project handover meetings to understand project specifics and ensure timely delivery.
