The Role
* You will prepare and wrap ashes, ready for return to our customers
* Arrange for the return of jewellery and personal effects with the ashes
* Provide support to the Operations Schedulers, in arranging the return of ashes to our customers
* You must have great communication and IT skills and be ready to learn our CRM system and procedures.
* You will be self-motivated, empathetic and thrive as working as part of a team, acting in a manner that ensures the deceased are treated with respect and dignity
Key skills requirement
* Experience of keeping accurate records with exceptional attention to detail
* Computer literate
* Ability to solve problems
* Used to working to deadlines and within pressured environments.
* No previous experience in preparing ashes is necessary as full training will be provided. Pure Cremation Ltd is a specialist Company providing Direct Cremation funeral services.
* The successful candidate will be used to working in a busy, dynamic environment and offering exceptional customer services to their clients
