We are on the Lookout for an experienced and passionate General Manager to oversee our busy Holywood Venue
The Areas you would be responsible for are a busy gastropub with an emphasis on live music, engagement and creativity.
This role will require a highly organised and driven individual with experience in all aspects of the hospitality industry. Working closely with our operations manager to drive the venue, This is an exciting opportunity for a strong assistant manager or duty manager to progress their career with a rapidly growing hospitality company.
Job Duties will include
* Working within Budgets to ensure profitability of the business
* Staff recruitment, service and product related training and scheduling
* Stock Requisition and Control
* Social Media and Marketing
* Creating menu concepts and designs
* Constantly adapting to meet current trends and business needs
* Implementing and maintaining strict housekeeping procedures
* Building a repertoire with customers, suppliers, Brands etc
* Helping develop and maintain unique brand identity within each venue
* Having a real "Hands on" Approach to management and working within service
Salary plus bonus structure is negotiable dependant on experience

Pay: £33,500.00-£37,500.00 per year
