What You'll Be Doing:
Delivering engaging, inclusive lessons that meet the needs of diverse KS2 learners
Creating a safe and supportive learning environment
Working closely with teaching assistants, SEN staff, and senior leaders
Using a range of creative strategies to support early literacy and numeracy
Monitoring and assessing student progress and adapting teaching accordingly
What We're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - ECTs warmly welcomed
A positive, nurturing approach to learning and child development
Strong communication and classroom management skills
A commitment to inclusive and inspiring education
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
