We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Supply Chain Administrator to join our team on a 24-month fixed term contract. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the seamless coordination of purchasing, logistics, and supply chain administration activities. You will manage the end-to-end procurement process, support order fulfilment, monitor supplier performance, and ensure the timely availability of goods and services to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Order Management

1. Raise and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP, ensuring compliance with internal procurement policies and approval protocols.
2. Procure goods, materials, and services to meet operational and project requirements.
3. Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and ensure performance aligns with agreed terms.
4. Track and monitor PO status, proactively addressing delays or discrepancies.
5. Support demand planning and requisition creation in collaboration with internal teams.

Data Integrity & Systems Administration

6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier information, pricing, and lead times in SAP, CRM, and Excel.
7. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all supply chain functions.
8. Support efforts to align procurement practices with SAP compliance, ensuring only designated Buyers raise POs.

Communication & Coordination

9. Liaise with supply chain, logistics, and finance teams to validate data, track order progress, and drive timely, cost-effective procurement.
10. Facilitate supplier communication, manage RFQs, and maintain accurate contract and correspondence records.
11. Provide administrative and reporting support to meet departmental objectives.

Continuous Improvement & Compliance

12. Contribute to cost-saving initiatives, vendor evaluations, and process improvement projects.
13. Assist in procurement audits by ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and accessible.
14. Identify opportunities to streamline procurement and data management workflows for greater efficiency and compliance.

About You

Essential Skills & Experience

15. Commercial or procurement-related experience and/or relevant training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
16. Proficiency in SAP and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
17. Fluent in English – both written and verbal.
18. Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills.
19. High attention to detail, accuracy, and numeracy.
20. Experience in inventory management and data entry is advantageous.
