A well-established manufacturer, supplying engineered solutions is looking for a Production Leader to support daily operations and team performance across one of its key production areas. Youll be part of a high-performing team supporting critical industries including food, medical, energy, and automotive.

What Youll Be Doing:

* Lead, motivate, and develop a team of production operatives
* Run daily structured meetings and communicate key performance metrics (SQCDP)
* Drive continuous improvement and ensure timely, high-quality output
* Maintain strong focus on safety, quality, cost, delivery, and people
* Own team performance, coaching, and capability development
* Escalate and resolve production issues swiftly and effectively
What Were Looking For:

1. Proven leadership/supervisor experience in a manufacturing setting
2.
