The Role Lead and grow the Banking & Finance offering in Ipswich, servicing clients across East Anglia. Advise on a broad range of matters including syndicated and bilateral lending, real estate finance, acquisition finance, refinancing, restructurings, and asset-backed lending. Draft and negotiate facility agreements, security documents, fee letters, undertakings, and corporate authorities. Manage transactions, liaise across teams, and provide technical guidance on high-value, complex deals. Play a key role in business development, building long-term client relationships and raising the team's profile in the region. About You Qualified Solicitor with 6 years' PQE. Strong technical knowledge, with experience advising lenders and borrowers. Confident handling transactions with minimal supervision. Ambitious and commercially focused, with a desire to grow a practice and mentor others.
