We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Manager to support and expand our business within the Luxury Leisure market. Your role will involve fostering and sustaining long-term client relationships through exceptional business development and account management. Additionally, you will inspire and energize the Sales team through exemplary teamwork and leadership.
What we are looking for:
1. Build a comprehensive database of key clients and bookers in the local, national, and international leisure markets.
2. Attend key industry tradeshows and networking events where appropriate.
3. Support the Sales Team with activities to increase brand awareness and revenue, including coordinating tradeshows, sales trips, roadshows, and client events.
4. Arrange and prepare for monthly financial review meetings, compiling statistical reports, and reviewing production with the team, management, and directors.
5. Ensure all information related to appointments, client profiles, and activities are up to date on Opera, Agency 360, and Lanyon platforms weekly, in line with company standards.
6. Be an engaged, effective, and inspirational member of the Sales & Marketing team, fostering a strong team culture.
7. Represent The Beaumont Mayfair professionally at all times, embodying the company's core values.
