The role
As a head chef you will run the kitchen, you will ensure the breakfast, brunch and lunches run smoothly. you will ensure the fresh food is prepared, cooked and presented in a rustic way. the produce is local and its about showcasing fresh seasonal. The role includes all the normal head chef duties.
