* Managing plot sales from instruction to completion.
* Liaising with the in-house sales, commercial, and management teams.

The successful applicant will have the following background:
* Managing a caseload of plot sales/new build matters.
* Be 2 years or more qualified (PQE) as a solicitor or legal executive.
* Either private practice or in-house.
* Those with commercial attitudes and pragmatic minds will go far in this role and business.
