The Role
As Audit Senior Manager, you'll be a key player in the audit practice, taking ownership of:
* Client Leadership
* Managing a diverse and challenging portfolio of clients, delivering exceptional service that exceeds expectations
* Technical Excellence
* Acting as audit lead on fully listed and AIM listed engagements, setting budgets and ensuring quality delivery
* Commercial Insight
* Maintaining strong commercial awareness and understanding the strategic impacts on clients' businesses
* Business Development
* Actively contributing to practice growth through proposals, networking events, and identifying opportunities with existing clients
* People Development
* Mentoring and developing junior team members, providing constructive feedback and fostering talent
What We're Looking For
Essential Experience:
* Significant external audit experience within a top-tier professional services firm.
* Proven track record working with entrepreneurial, OMB, SME and AIM listed clients.
* Demonstrable business development skills with an appetite for growth.
* Strong technical knowledge of accounting and auditing standards
* Experience managing, motivating and developing audit teams
Qualifications:
* ACA, CA, or ACCA qualified
