Job Description
1. Manage pre-construction activities.
2. Prepare estimates and manage bidding for lump sum and negotiated contracts.
3. Prepare project schedules.
4. Negotiate, award and prepare subcontract agreements.
5. Develop and maintain client relationships.
6. Work in conjunction with project field superintendents to ensure compliance and successful project completion.
7. Project cost and change management.
8. Project close out
9. Knowledge of all relevant safety guidelines and regulations

The Successful Applicant
Must Haves:
10. 5+ years of construction experience
11. Enthusiasm to do retail and light commercial projects
Nice to Haves:
12. 4 year degree
13. Estimating experience
14. Ground up experience
15. Ability to handle large pipelien of projects
