Our client is a medium sized multi-disciplinary consultancy with offices throughout the UK.
Due to an increase in their current work load they are looking for either a newly chartered Building Surveyor or a Senior Building Surveyor to join their current team based in Leeds.
The successful candidate will be working on a wide and varied range of building surveying disciplines in a commercial environment with an enviable and national client base.
Role/Responsibilities
* Contract administration
* Technical Due Diligence
* Building Pathology
* General building surveying commercial work in line with a Chartered Building Surveyor role
Skills/Experience
* Degree in Building Surveying
* Ideally MRICS or the relevant level of experience
* Excellent and accurate report writing skills
* Experience of working in a pro-active commercial environment
* Sound knowledge of building contracts in a commercial context
