Key Responsibilities Plan and allocate deliveries Liaise with drivers to resolve any issues at deliveries or collections. Ensure plans are efficient, accurate, and meet customer requirements. Complete all associated administrative tasks. Handle customer queries, including ETAs, POD requests, and delivery issues. Communicate professionally and promptly with customers and internal teams. Maintain accurate records and update systems as needed. Desired Experience: Previous experience in transport, logistics, or planning is advantageous but not essential. Strong IT skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to problem-solve and remain calm under pressure.
