Reeson Education is recruiting an SEN Teaching Assistant to join a friendly primary school in Ealing from January. The successful candidate will support a Key Stage 2 pupil with Autism, helping them to thrive academically and socially within a positive learning environment.
Pay: £86-£100 per day

Your Role:
Provide one-to-one support to a pupil with Autism
Encourage confidence, focus, and independence in learning
Promote positive behaviour and social development
Work closely with teachers, SENCo, and parents
Track progress and contribute to planning and reviews
What We're Looking For:
Experience supporting children with Autism or additional needs
Patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude
A team player with excellent communication skills
Team Teach training is desirable but not essential
Commitment to inclusive education
