Clinical Negligence Solicitor, Birmingham, 1:3 Years PQE, GBP 65,000+ (DOE) : An exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a talented and compassionate team. JOB REF:0677
The Role
* You will be responsible for a varied caseload of clinical negligence matters to include birth injuries, stroke and brain damage, spinal injuries, delayed cancer diagnoses and fatalities
* Your focus will be not only to secure justice and compensation, but also to pursue interim payments that allow for early intervention, rehabilitation, care packages, and adapted accommodation - giving clients the support they need long before their claim concludes.
Skills Required
* Applications are sought from Clinical Negligence Solicitors with between 1:3 years' PQE
* A commitment to excellent client care and empathetic communication
* The ability to stay organised and calm under pressure
* An open:minded, forward:thinking approach to legal practice
* A desire to improve and challenge the way things are done for the better
