Key Responsibilities:
As the Receptionist, you will be the face of our organisation, responsible for:
Welcoming visitors with a warm smile π
Answering calls and managing general inquiries π
Scheduling appointments and handling mail deliveries π¬
Setting up kitchens, meeting rooms, and office spaces to a high standard each day ποΈ
Providing basic Audio/Visual support for meetings
Completing all administration and customer experience activities
Following up on all issues to expedite resolutions and enhance customer experience
Supporting other sites as required, in person and with ad hoc remote admin
Managing contractors for cleaning and maintenance tasks π§Ή
Ensuring operational standards and security while on shift π
Listening to feedback from occupiers and acting on valid recommendations for improvement
What We're Looking For:
Experience: Ideally, 2 years in hospitality, serviced office, or property management
Tech Skills: Confident with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Personality: Friendly, outgoing, and passionate about customer experience π
Problem-Solver: Creative thinker with high emotional intelligence π‘
Communication: Excellent spoken and written English
