Assisting the General Manager in running the building to the highest possible standard Dealing with customer queries or complaints efficiently and professionally Ensuring the building is maintained to the highest 5* standards Proactively form positive working relationships with customers, getting to know their business needs and requirements Assist with IT / Telecoms issues, keeping a record of any faults or defects and arranging repair as quickly as possible.
