Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Salesperson to specialise in fabrication as well as temporary and permanent fencing solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, providing expert advice to clients, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: Proactively seek out new clients and projects that require fabrication or fencing solutions.
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Sales Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing our solutions and services.
* Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new sales opportunities.
* Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
* Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the operations and installation teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
* Customer Support: Provide ongoing support and advice to clients, ensuring they are fully satisfied with our products and services.
* Social Media: Be active on social media, pushing Swift to the forefront and reaching new audiences.
Requirements:
* Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the construction or fencing industry.
* Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
* Customer-Focused: Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
* Self-Motivated: Highly motivated, with a proactive approach to identifying and securing new business.
* Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of temporary and permanent fencing products and their applications is highly desirable.
* Driving Licence: A valid UK driving licence is preferred but not essential.
