Role: Reward Analyst
Location: Head Office - Milton Keynes
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: £40-50k per annum, dependent on experience

The Role
We are seeking a passionate and driven Reward Specialist to join our HR team. This role involves executing reward strategies to attract, motivate, and retain top talent, ensuring our reward practices are competitive, fair, and aligned with business objectives.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of reward projects, programs, and policies.
* Analyse data and prepare reports and dashboards for management.
* Support HR data and system updates.
* Conduct market benchmarking and salary reviews.
* Design and implement incentive schemes, bonus structures, and long-term reward programs.
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and governance.
* Advise HR and management on reward matters.
* Lead communication of reward activities and engage employees.
* Respond to reward-related inquiries.
* Support annual pay review processes.
* Manage employee benefits programs, including pensions and health insurance.
* Collaborate across departments to align reward strategies with business goals.
Who you are
* Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
* CIPD qualification or equivalent experience in a reward role.
* Proven experience in a UK reward role, preferably in a large-scale environment.
* Experience reviewing incentive schemes.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of UK employment law and reward regulations.
* Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office; Power BI desirable.
* Up-to-date knowledge of UK employee benefits legislation.
* Ability to influence and lead confidently.
* Strong organizational and project management skills.
