Job Description

The Reablement Support Worker role involves supporting individuals in their own homes to regain independence and confidence through personal care and daily living skills. We are expanding our service to support more people to live independently.

Training and Qualifications
We offer structured training leading to a Level 3 diploma in Adult Health and Social Care, along with Autism & Dementia training and career development opportunities.
Requirements
* A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle for home visits
* Experience in care or NVQ Level 2 in Adult Social Care or equivalent
* Good communication skills
* Empathy and passion to support others
