The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
General Manager
to lead our operations, inspire our team, and uphold the highest standards of service. This is a senior leadership position that requires both strategic vision and hands-on management to ensure the continued success and growth of the hotel.
Key Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the hotels operations.
Drive profitability through effective revenue management, cost control, and operational excellence.
Ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team across all departments.
Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance with relevant regulations.
Maintain the propertys reputation and brand standards through quality control and innovation.
Build strong relationships with guests, stakeholders, and the local community.
Requirements
Proven track record in hotel management or senior hospitality leadership (minimum 5 years preferred).
Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and make decisive, strategic decisions.
A passion for hospitality, guest experience, and team development.
Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
