The role involves providing high-quality, confidential analytical support within the HR team, handling sensitive data, conducting research, and supporting special projects. Opportunities exist for involvement in other HR analytics activities to support report development and productivity enhancement.

Responsibilities include:
* Providing HR data reporting and analysis, supporting HR projects, ensuring effective data collection and reporting.
* Developing and maintaining reporting tools and dashboards for analytics and metrics.
* Troubleshooting data issues, providing analysis support for HR and Reward metrics.
* Managing data for pay processes, benchmarking, and analytics reporting.
* Maintaining the EMEA compensation database and verifying data accuracy.
* Preparing HR and compensation reports to support strategic decisions.
* Offering insights and recommendations for business modeling and benchmarking.
* Conducting confidential compensation research and analysis.
* Ensuring data accuracy in PeopleSoft and generating reports for management.
* Supporting presentations for the EMEA leadership team and liaising with relevant departments.
* Compiling attendance reports and managing monthly executive reports.
Requirements:
* Degree educated with 5-10 years' experience working with data in a commercial environment.
* Proactive, able to multitask, and work independently.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with confidentiality.
* Strong literacy, numeracy, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Advanced IT skills in Microsoft Access, PowerBI, Excel, including Visual Basic and SQL.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
