Head of Product and Experience
We are seeking a Head of Product and Experience to take ownership of the food and beverage strategy for a fast-growing business operating at the intersection of QSR and premium-casual dining. This is a senior leadership role that combines strategic menu vision, creative innovation, and operational excellence, ensuring consistency and commercial success across a multi-site estate.
The Head of Product and Experience will set the direction for seasonal and long-term menu development, anticipate consumer trends, and translate these into scalable, profitable launches. You will play a central role in shaping the product pipeline, embedding robust systems, and ensuring the balance of pace, quality, and brand integrity that defines modern premium-casual and QSR crossover concepts.
Key Responsibilities
* Menu Innovation
: Lead the seasonal and long-term product calendar, developing new categories and formats that excite consumers while delivering consistency at scale.
* Operational Systems
: Design and embed processes for recipe rollouts, team training, and quality assurance to ensure flawless execution in every site.
* Leadership
: Manage and develop culinary and innovation teams, fostering creativity, clear direction, and strong professional growth.
* Commercial Performance
: Own costings, margin analysis, and menu profitability, driving efficiencies without compromising on quality or guest experience.
* Collaboration
: Work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and Marketing to deliver smooth, consumer-focused launches that are operationally viable and commercially impactful.
Skills & Experience
* 5+ years' experience in product development, menu innovation, or strategy within QSR, premium-casual, or food-to-go
* Proven track record of launching and scaling products across multi-site operations
* Strong commercial acumen with deep experience in costings, profitability, and supplier partnerships
* Understanding of flavour trends, ingredient performance, and consumer expectations across both premium-casual and high-volume environments
* A proactive, future-focused mindset with the ability to anticipate market shifts and plan seasons ahead
* Excellent communicator and collaborator, able to influence stakeholders and inspire cross-functional teams
