Role Overview
Supporting customer-facing colleagues to deliver exceptional service and patient care. The role involves working in support functions, participating in a rota that includes evenings, weekends, and public holidays, and contributing to high-quality service provision for Bupa Health Clinics & UK Insurance Customers, Clients, Partners, and Providers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Work in a team covering shifts to meet customer demand.
2. Maintain flexibility for hybrid working environment.
3. Perform administrative duties such as managing mailboxes, data entry, invoicing.
4. Handle webchat queries, schedule appointments, manage inventory.
5. Respond professionally to phone and webchat inquiries, ensuring SLA adherence.
6. Follow operational processes and comply with regulations like GDPR and Access to Medical Reports Act.
7. Ensure compliance with quality, privacy, and governance standards.
8. Analyze and improve working practices to enhance customer experience and revenue.
9. Stay updated on Bupa’s products, policies, and procedures.
10. Resolve queries/incidents or escalate as necessary, documenting all interactions.
11. Participate in meetings and adapt to business needs.
Candidate Requirements
* Experience in customer service with a strong customer focus.
* Proficiency in Windows-based packages.
* Good talking and typing skills.
* Strong time management and accuracy under pressure.
* Ability to work independently and make decisions.
* Flexible and adaptable to change.
