This is an office-based role in the Warrington area, with one regular customer visit each week. You'll join an ambitious, collaborative marketing team where no two days are the same. We need a hand on confident, organised, project manager type person who can make sure things happen on time! You'll be a slick operator and team player in equal measure.
What You'll Be Doing:
As Marketing Operations Manager, you'll make sure great ideas become great campaigns efficiently and on time.
Take ownership of team workflow, using Asana (or similar tools) to plan, delegate and track tasks
Lead weekly marketing meetings, set priorities and keep everyone aligned on delivery
Oversee multi-channel campaign schedules, ensuring assets go live on time and to a high standard
Monitor performance, spot bottlenecks early and report on progress to improve future activity
Act as a key point of contact for inbound marketing requests, managing and delegating effectively
Support campaign execution - from proofreading and asset organisation to admin tasks like invoices and purchase ordersYou'll be the one keeping everything moving, creating order out of chaos and making sure a creative, ambitious team performs at its best.
What We're Looking For:
3 to 4+ years' experience in marketing operations, campaign management or similar roles
Exceptional organisational skills and sharp attention to detail
Tech-savvy, ideally confident with project management tools such as Asana
Excellent communicator - comfortable leading meetings and aligning a busy team
Proactive problem solver who can anticipate challenges and keep projects on track
Degree-educated or equivalent professional experience
Possibly come from an business type background, Account Manager where you have managed multiple marketing process or a similar Marketing Project Manager type role in-houseBonus points for:
