Teaching Personnel recruiting on behalf of a range of friendly and supportive primary schools in the OL8 area, seeking experienced and confident Level 3 Teaching Assistants to provide PPA cover across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 in September.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled TA3 looking to take on greater responsibility without full-class teacher planning.
Role Responsibilities:
Delivering pre-prepared lessons during teacher PPA time
Supporting and engaging pupils across the curriculum
Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
Working closely with teaching staff to support learning objectives
Essential Requirements:
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
Experience delivering whole-class lessons confidently
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Flexibility to work across year groups
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday (term-time only)
Pay: Competitive daily rates depending on experience
