As a Receptionist, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, ensuring a smooth check-in/out process. You will communicate guest feedback to the Front Office Manager and aim to maximize room occupancy through up-selling hotel services and facilities. Compliance with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation is essential. Prior experience is not required as training will be provided, but customer service knowledge is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Communication skills: Interact effectively with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders through excellent verbal and written communication.
2. Organizational skills: Manage guest reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and ensure smooth front desk operations.
3. Attention to detail: Ensure accuracy in guest information and bookings to prevent errors and enhance guest satisfaction.
4. Technical skills: Possess basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, internet, and hotel management software like Opera or Fidelio.
