The opportunity:
We're on the lookout for an German-speaking candidate to join our team and play a pivotal role in one of our Adobe campaigns. This customer support position focuses on ensuring compliance with software licenses for Adobes customers. As part of this campaign, you'll be providing guidance, education, and support to customers, helping them navigate their contracts and stay compliant with their organization's requirements.
You will be required to educate and tailor each company to its own unique license requirements based in the DACH region, overall making sure they are compliant with the current T's and C's of their contract.
What you’ll do:
* Contacting current customers to understand their requirements surrounding software licenses and plug areas that have been missed
* License gap identification and new license requirement
* Contacting customers via telephone/email to ensure they are fully complied with their licenses T’s and C’s
* Assuring each organisation has the correct number of licenses for their current products used
* Customer support focused
* Revenue generation
* Nurture company's requirements
* Adherence to processes and standards consistent with industry operational frameworks: Planning Management, Relationship Management and Opportunity Management
* Continual training and development to ensure a good degree of knowledge of the client’s general product portfolio and a high degree of knowledge of the specific technology platform
* Ensure full customer satisfaction, always maintaining a high level of service
Job details:
* Full time: Monday to Friday
* Hours: 7.5 working hours a day (09:00am until 17:30pm with 1 HR for lunch)
* Location: Remote, work from home
* Contract type: Self-employed or Employed (PAYE)
* Language: Fluent German is a MUST
Experience essential:
* Customer Service or Support experience is a must
* Knowledge of working with a CRM
* Have a understanding of compliance and licensing
* Background working in the technology industry again is advantageous but not essential
