Randstad is seeking compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join the Acute Mental Health Service at the CNTW NHS Foundation Trust. Work Location:
Carleton Clinic hospital, Carlisle CA1 3SX
Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional, patient-centered care.
* Collaborate effectively with nurses and the multidisciplinary team.
* Maintain meticulous and accurate patient records.
* Assist with medication administration (as directed by qualified personnel).
* Adhere strictly to Trust policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience working with individuals facing mental health challenges.
* Comprehensive understanding of mental health issues and appropriate interventions.
* Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality care.
Desirable Qualifications:
* Care Certificate
* Minimum 6 months NHS experience as an HCA
Essential: BCG, MMR, and Hepatitis B vaccinations are required.
