Dental Receptionist
Location: Bupa Dental Care Keighley
Working Hours:
1. Monday & Tuesday: 08:45 – 17:30
(Part-time: 2 days per week)
We’re looking for a friendly and professional Dental Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and supporting the smooth running of the practice.

3. Confident communication and organisational skills
4. A positive, helpful attitude and the ability to work well in a team
5. Previous dental or healthcare reception experience is an advantage, but not required

Receptionist role and responsibilities
6. Meeting and greeting patients, providing a great first impression and patient journey
7. Booking and amending appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
8. Co-ordinating the care packages for our patients that has been provided by our clinicians
9. Confident in promoting and upselling Bupa Dental Care products and services including Plan options, Finance and Insurance claims
10. Excellent customer service skills face to face, telephone and via email
11. Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
12. Handling payments
13. Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
Your skills and experience
14. Ability to be positive and professional in a fast-paced environment
15. Previous administration or receptionist experience, preferably within a healthcare setting
16. Strong communication skills face to face, via telephone and email
17. Proficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook with overall strong organisation skills
18. Previous experience with promoting company products and services
19. Preferred Dentally experience
