Requirements include approximately 8 years PQE, recognition within the market, and possibly already at partner level with relevant experience from a well-established regional law firm.
Essential skills include excellent communication, high integrity, and strong technical expertise in all aspects of private client law. The ability to balance leadership with commercial acumen will be crucial.
You should be a technically proficient Private Client Solicitor seeking the next step in your career.
Suitable candidates will have extensive experience in private client law, a proven track record of building and managing a caseload, and a strong network of contacts and referrers. Business development and networking skills are highly valued.
