Overview: As a Lidl Area Manager, you’ll be a future leader, supporting multiple stores and their teams. Your responsibilities include visiting stores regularly, mentoring Store Managers, supporting recruitment and training, and ensuring operational excellence. Responsibilities:
1. Visit stores regularly to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance.
2. Mentor and support Store Managers in team recruitment, training, and development.
3. Empower teams to meet KPIs and uphold standards.
4. Create an environment conducive to high performance in line with Lidl’s Principles.
Requirements:
1. Experience motivating and leading teams across multiple sites.
2. Ability to analyze reports, implement next steps, and oversee new initiatives.
3. Drive to learn and adapt to business changes.
4. Effective communication skills.
5. Full UK Driving License.
