Details of this Helpdesk Administrator position include: Liaising with clients via email and telephone correspondence. Updating clients on the progress of their orders. Support the Sales Order team with updating customers on the progress of their invoices. Liaising with the Order Management team regarding stock levels. Support with raising Pos. Support with preparing invoices. Accurately logging calls from customers on the system. Any other ad hoc duties as and when required. To bag yourself an interview for this role you will have/be: Solid administration experience. Sales administration experience (desirable but not essential). Strong customer service skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Time management. Professional telephone etiquette. Organised and methodical.
