Job Title: VIP Executive Support Engineer
Contract: 36 Months (Initial) Likely to Extend
Location: Hybrid/Onsite in Buckinghamshire

A prestigious financial services organisation is seeking a highly experienced VIP Executive Support Engineer to join their team on an initial 36 month contract, with a strong possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide white-glove, end-to-end technical support to senior stakeholders and VIP users.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the Microsoft suite, with particular focus on Office 365 and Windows 10/11.
* Manage support incidents efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to executive operations.
* Deliver outstanding customer service with a proactive and professional approach at all times.
* Collaborate with wider IT teams to ensure consistent service delivery and continual improvement.
Key Requirements:
1. Extensive experience in a similar VIP or Executive Support role within a large, fast-paced environment.
2. Deep technical knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Windows 10/11, and related Microsoft technologies.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage confidently at executive level.
4. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
5. Experience in financial services or another high-stakes industry is highly desirable.
