We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced RPO Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading recruitment efforts, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and utilising various recruitment tools and platforms to attract top talent. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of permanent recruitment strategies and processes and relationship management skills to effectively fulfil our clients' staffing needs.

What will the day to day look like?
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the various Opus models, managing the end-to-end recruitment process for permanent blue and white collar roles. From advertising roles, screening candidates to arranging interviews and managing offers. The essential part of this role is to build proactive, trusted relationships with hiring managers, understanding recruitment needs, geographical locations and securing top talent.
Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of Opus models and manage end-to-end recruitment for permanent blue and white collar roles.
* Advertise roles, screen candidates, arrange interviews and manage offers.
* Build proactive, trusted relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
* Understand recruitment needs and geographical locations to secure top talent.
Skills and qualifications
* At least 2 years recruitment experience in-house/account managing, high-volume recruitment (preferably within Facilities Management or Blue Collar).
* Highly motivated with a demonstrable passion for recruitment and people.
* Driving process improvement and innovative thinking.
* Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure, prioritising a varied workload.
* Highly organised with excellent customer service skills.
* Willingness to travel between client sites; driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
