As the business continues to grow, they are seeking a motivated and detail-driven Commercial Administrator / Trainee QS to join their Commercial Team. The Role As a Commercial Administrator, you will support the commercial and quantity surveying team with key administrative tasks. You'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of project documentation, cost reporting, and subcontractor management. Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing and managing project documentation, contracts, and purchase orders Support the commercial team with cost tracking, valuations, and payment applications Maintain accurate records of invoices, variations, and project correspondence Liaise with site teams, suppliers, and subcontractors Provide general administrative support to the commercial department Assist with data entry and report generation for monthly commercial reviews Essential Skills & Attributes: Previous experience in construction administration or quantity surveying Strong organisational and administrative skills Knowledge of commercial processes or contract administration Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Confident communicator, both written and verbal Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Word) Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Interest in progressing towards a Quantity Surveying role What's on Offer?
