About the Role As the Defined Contributions Pensions Manager you will; Develop and lead a dedicated DC pensions administration team on all aspects of pension’s legislation, regulations including master trust rules Be responsible for managing all DC Scheme Events, Administration and Projects Employ a collaborative approach and will have a passion for building strong working relationships, both internally and externally Help the team to evolve by implementing best practice and supporting the development of your team through coaching and mentoring About You You will: Possess significant Pension industry experience and will have extensive knowledge of DC Pensions and Master Trust regulations, governance and administration Possess experience of coaching and mentoring Demonstrate excellent leadership/people management skills Be adept in managing tight deadlines and able adaptable/flexible, able to switch resource and priorities if required at short notice What's on Offer An excellent salary and superb, market leading benefits package.
