Job Summary Reporting to the National Service Manager, this role is focussed on customer satisfaction, quality of work, retail through puts, vehicle maintenance and sales preparation. The measures of effectiveness will sit with both financial and quality KPI’s all of which will be communicated in time for the coming period of measurement.
