As the People practice grows, we are looking for Solution Leads with experience in designing processes, configuring the solution and technically integrating/data migrating in SuccessFactors.
What will you be doing?
Leadership & Management:
* Able to independently lead and manage one or more functional workstreams, including managing small to medium‑sized combined onshore and offshore delivery teams
* Experienced with working collaboratively with clients and leading them along the journey through a finance transformation
* Experience working effectively with senior client representatives, including global process owners and senior business stakeholders
* Excellent interpersonal, team building, organisational and client collaboration skills
* Strong presentation skills and able to positively influence client and internal stakeholders, including supporting ongoing opportunity pursuits and presenting at client orals
Impact, Risk, Accountability & Governance:
* Well‑versed with project management and governance, including management of project plans, status reports, issues, risks, assumptions and scope
* Experience presenting solution position papers and points of view to client forums such as a Design Authority
What will you need to do it?
Our candidates should have strong commercial acumen, a hunger to learn and develop, and be able to thrive in a fast‑paced working environment.
* Strong documentation, reporting and presentation skills with well‑developed analytical skills and the ability to provide clarity to complex issues and synthesize large amounts of information
* Experience in a functional and/or technical role in a business or systems delivery environment, preferably in more than one sector
* Experience producing project deliverables (business requirements, functional specs, configuration documents, process flows, use cases, requirements traceability matrices, etc.)
* Strong interpersonal, team building, organisational and motivational skills
* An awareness of key delivery methodologies, approaches and market trends in the industry
Skills we’d love to see / Amazing Extras:
