Sous Chef Responsibilities: Supporting the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
Leading and motivating junior chefs during prep and service
Ensuring consistent delivery of high quality dishes
Maintaining excellent food safety and allergen standards
Assisting with stock management, ordering, and waste control
Contributing creative ideas to menu development and improvements
