You'll handle the tough stuff - navigating complex workplace issues with empathy, objectivity, and confidence, ensuring every case is fair, thorough, and transparent. Employee Relations Case Investigator Location: Birmingham (3 days in the office) Contract type: interim until March 2026 Day rate: £350 per day What you'll do - Lead fair, balanced investigations into misconduct, grievances, harassment, and discrimination cases. - Get to the facts, quickly, through smart evidence gathering and clear reporting. - Work closely with HR, legal, and leadership to shape fair outcomes. - Advise managers on next steps, balancing policy, law, and people impact. - Keep meticulous records and help evolve how we handle ER across the business. - Occasionally support Employment Tribunal activity.
