* Motivate and support your team, learning from our Company Values

* Be responsible for managing and improving the day-to-day operations and performance of your store’s KPIs
* Optimise processes and solving problems to keep your store running smoothly and your team focused on their tasks
* Ensure excellent customer service is provided to everyone who shops with us
What you’ll need
* Experience leading and developing a team in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent time-management, delegation, and problem-solving skills
* Strong commitment to supporting customers and your team through every shift
* Effective communication skills to handle challenging conversations
* Ability to monitor, manage and improve your store’s key performance indicators
