ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCE OR GEOLOGY GRADUATE OR ANYONE THAT IS PRACTICALLY MINDED AND HAPPY WORKING IN A HANDS-ON ROLE REQUIRED TO OVERSEE LANDFILL OPERATIONS – FULL TRAINING GIVEN
ROLE: Environmental Technician - Landfill Groundwater & Leachate
SALARY: £25-35,000 DOE Plus Van and Pension (would require previous experience in this exact role to get £32k+)
HOURS: 45 per week
LOCATION: Canterbury

ROLE: Environmental Technician - Landfill Groundwater & Leachate
You will work on an open landfill site monitoring and treating leachate, groundwater
You will take samples on site and undertake basic lab work inc. spectroscopy
Basic maintenance of site equipment
You will complete require paperwork / reports
You will provide cover at other sites in the region on occasion
You will work within the companies environmental, safety and quality protocol
EXPERIENCE: Environmental Technician – Landfill Operations
You will be happy working in a 70% outdoors based role working in all weathers on a landfill site which will be dirty and smelly
Laboratory or maintenance engineering experience a plus
You will have a UK driving Licence
